QUESTION: DOES THE SEAT RECLINE FAR ENOUGH DOWN TO ALLOW FOR DIAPER CHANGES IN THE STROLLER?
The seat reclines pretty far but it could be hard to do diaper changes because the way the seat's configured. Even in the most reclined, the baby's butt is sort of tucked down. It's hard to explain, but you don't end up with a very flat surface to change on. When the seat is reclined, the baby's butt is tucked down into the seat and their knees come up a bit. Hope that makes sense.
I have done it a few times.... Baby didn't complain but he didn't look the most comfortable. As long as your quick about it it isn't that much of a problem.
Yes it reclines far enough although changing a diaper might be a little tricky but possible. The thing is even when the seat is reclined all the way, it still has the "V" shape like that of a car seat.
yes, it is little bit uncomfortable but it is possible. Sometimes I change my baby's diaper in the stroller.
I've done it. It's not flat. The seat is always in a v shape because to 'recline' you just rotate the whole seat not just the seat back. That's what it's not suitable for newborns without the car seat. So I guess it depends if you can work with that or not.
No it does. It does not fully recline to a flat position..

QUESTION: DOES REVERSING THE SEAT REQUIRE DISASSEMBLY ORCAN YOU SIMPLY SWITCH THE DIRECTON OF THE HANDLE
You have to mount the seat in the direction you want, the handle is fix
You can't switch handle direction, you have to disassemble the seat.
When the stroller is open, the seat detaches and you turn it around.
It's simple to do. You take the full seat off and just reattach it in the direction you wish. It's a great feature.

QUESTION: HOW IS THE GREEN COLOR IN PERSON? DOES IT LOOK LIKE IT DOES IN THE PICTURE WITH A HINT OF BLUISH-GREEN?
Sort of. It is a bit more of a sage green, perhaps. It is nice! Very versatile. We actually have a baby girl, and it looks amazing with all shades of pink and purple, and yet also with blue, black, and brown. I have had SO many compliments on this stroller and especially on this color. I am very very happy with my choice. It comes to baseball three to four times a week with us at a field in the Deep South, and shows no dirt ;) the tires handle the terrain fine, or you can order more rugged ones from their site. We have a BoB for that sort if thing, though. She LOVES this for laying out and not being in her car seat. I ordered an infant insert snuggler and put her favorite blanket over that and make a little bed for her and she is in utter heaven in this. She is growing and will not need the snuggler soon. I also love being able to store the seat separate from the frame in me SUV if I want. We have a large SUV, but with four kids, I sometimes change up the seat config and being able to take this down gives me even more options. Hope any of this helps.
It looks like it does in the picture... Not a fan, but it is ok.

QUESTION: IS THE VERSA SMALL/LIGHT ENOUGH TO B CARRY ON THE PLANE OR DOES IT NEED TO BE CHECKED IN?
Definitely would need to be gate checked. It's 24lbs I think and while it collapses down flat, I don't think there's any chance of it fitting in the overhead
Hi, I did not carried it on the plane yet, but it is so small, light and compact that I guess it will be absolutely not a problem to take in on board without checking in.

QUESTION: WE'RE YOU ABLE TO HANG YOUR DIAPER BAG ON THE HANDLE, OR IT HAS TO GO INTO THE BASKET UNDERNEATH?
My diaper bag came with hooks and with those I can hang it on the handle. This stroller is definitely heavy enough without baby in it that it won't tip over.
I bought a Velcro-attached drink caddy to go on the handle and put the diaper bag underneath. I have used a mommy hook to attach the diaper bag as well.
The stroller is very stable. I have hung 10 lbs of groceries on a hook on the handle without any issue.
I haven't used the stroller yet, but I think it might tip back if you hung it on the handle unless your childs weight is enough to counterbalance it. It is very manueverable and easy to fold up and the underneath is pretty spacious. I am soon to be a FTM so have no experience with strollers and such yet, but we also got the chicco caddy for the carseat to snap in to and I think it will work just as well on concrete. I doubt I would repurchase this stroller bc although it is nice, I think others are probably just as good but cheaper

QUESTION: IS THERE A PERIOD OF TIME THAT YOUR BABY CAN'T BEND THEIR LEGS BUT HAVING LEGS STICKING OUT STRAIGHT WHEN FULLY RECLINED, DUE TO THE V SHAPE SEAT?
The bottom of the seat, where the footrest is, can be raised to be level with the rest of the seat, or it can hang down as pictured.
My baby is too young for the stroller seat, she's still in her bassinet, sorry.

QUESTION: HOW DOES THIS STROLLER DO OFF ROAD? CAN I TAKE IT ON GRAVEL, DIRT PATHS, ETC?
Yes its a great off road i live on a farm on the isle of arran bonnie scotland , and it is out in the fields with my little ones and also when i go to feed the horses the best buggy i have ever had i i have had a few.
You'll want to get the GT wheels from the Baby Jogger website. The stock wheels are hard foam with not much tread for off road trails. The GT wheels are rubber and better suited. The stroller itself will do great since it has 4 wheel suspension.
Good but better with gt wheels
Never tried it myself but they say that it does it really well with GT wheels that could be bought separately.

QUESTION: IS THIS STROLLER A GOOD CHOICE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS 6' 4"
My husband is 6'2" and pushes it fine on the medium handle setting so I would say yes
The hand bar is adjustable to an extent (not a lot), but my husband is 6'3" and says he is happy and comfortable pushing it. Hope that helps.

QUESTION: IS THIS A GOOD JOGGING STROLLER?
I jog with this stroller with the GT wheels attached. No problem at all.
No, not at all. This isn't a jogging stroller.
City versa is not for jogging! This is the best stroller for walking!
The only baby jogger official jogging stroller in the Summit. You should not use any other baby jogger products for jogging purposes
I dont know. I have bever used it for jogging but as a regular stroller is very light, easy to fold and manuver. Am very happy with it.
We haven't used it because baby isn't here yet. However, it does say in the manual not to use it for jogging which is odd since it is called a baby jogger. Sorry I couldn't help.

QUESTION: I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS STROLLEY CAN PUT THE 2ND SEAT BECAUSE I HAVE 2 CHILDREN
This is a single stroller only.
Nope, only one seat on this one.
No, it's just for one seat. If you want to put two seats , go with the City Select model , it's very similar to this one but allows two children.

QUESTION: CURIOUS AS TO THE "BULKINESS" OF THIS ONE WHEN IT'S FOLDED? IS IT SIMILAR TO A TRAVEL SYSTEM-SIZED STROLLER WHEN FOLDED, OR MORE COMPACT? THANKS!
I would say it's a little more compact. The fold is very easy and leaves me plenty of room in the back of my Honda Cr-V for groceries and other things! Hope this helps! :-)
There is no bulk. Very compact. The seats folds right in half and the carriage is super slim when folded.
Flat folded, but wide
it's actually quite compact, it surprised me compared to our "real" stroller or even our older jogger type stroller form 5 years ago. We really like it thus far, 2 months in...

QUESTION: I HAVE THE CITY MINI BASSINET INSERT FOR THE DOUBLE CITY MINI.WOULD IT FIT IN THE VERSA?
from the city mini bassinet does not fit in the versa.
it will not

QUESTION: DID THIS COME WITH THE RAIN & BUG SHIELD?
No, those need to be purchased separately.
No. All accessories are sold separately.
No it does not. We had to purchase it separate. It's 39.99 at the stores though I found it on amazon for 10 dollars cheaper. Hope that helps. I love the stroller!!!
No. The stroller comes just like you see it: no lap bar or tray, parent console, bug shield, etc. I purchased the baby jogger brand tray and it works perfect. I opted for the diono buggy buddy parent console and it works fine ($8 vs baby jogger brand $30)

QUESTION: IS THIS THE 2013 MODEL?
yes
Yes it is
Yes it is.
I received an item with a manufacturing date of 9/2012. Not pleased to say the least.

QUESTION: ARE THE WHEELS FOAM FILLED, AIR FILLED, OR WHAT KIND ARE THEY?
They are rubber tyres hopes this helps you .
I believe they are foam. You can order a set of rugged air filled wheels but our first outing with this stroller was to cheer my husband on at a mud run. The stroller went through mud, water, big bumps, rocks, grass, and all sorts of terrain it's not actually made for. The wheels look used but not abused and I don't have the air filled ones.
